Bounce Rescue Adoption Application

Thank you for choosing to save a life by submitting an application to adopt a Bounce Animal Rescue.

Once approved, your application is valid for one year, and you can place a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants.

An adoption application can also be completed at this event. However, if you plan on completing an application at the event, please bring your proof of home ownership (if you own) or pet addendum/landlord approval (if you rent). Please also bring current vaccination records for all personal pets that you own. The application will not be processed at the event unless this information is present.

The adoption fee varies and includes up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm testing, and microchip! Since we are a non-profit organization, these fees are also tax deductible.

Our dogs are listed with “Name (LOCATION)” in their titles. We have two chapter locations: Denver and Fort Collins. The Denver adoption event is held from 10am-1pm on Saturday’s at Bentley’s Pet Stuff (1685 S Colorado Blvd, Denver 80222). The Fort Collins adoption event is currently transitioning to a new spot, so email us at northernco@bounceanimalrescue.org for more details on where to adopt in the meantime. The holds for both events expire at 11am.

Please be aware that you will be taking home the animal you adopt at the event. We cannot hold animals to be picked up at a later date.

Our rescue includes a one week trial period with the adoption of all of our animals. This allows you to take the animal home and ensure it is the perfect fit for you, your family, and lifestyle. If it does not work out, we accept the animal back into rescue and refund the adoption fee.
